The Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale

Abraham-Hicks has come up with a series of emotions that will help you work from feeling bad to feeling better about whatever you are experiencing.

It's hard to move from depression to joy in one giant leap, but you can reach for a better feeling thought, one small step at a time, to eventually climb out of the negative feelings you may be experiencing.

If you find where you are emotionally on the scale, and then try and find thoughts that feel just a tad bit better about it. Focus on taking small baby steps toward finding your Joy.

1-7 you are manifesting, creating and feeling somewhat positive.

8-22 - you are blocking your creativity, manifesting and feeling negative.
